Celebrate your Child's Birthday with Captain Klutzy

Celebrate your Child's Birthday with Captain Klutzy

Parents in Québec City who celebrate their child’s birthday at Observatoire de la Capitale can take advantage of a brand-new activity for children aged three to eight: Help Captain Klutzy repair his hot-air balloon, after it becomes tangled in the tower atop the Observatory.

In this activity, Captain Klutzy needs kids to help him fix his equipment and get ready for his next flight over Québec City. Games, mime, and song introduce children to the geography and history of Québec City. Will Captain Klutzy once more sail safely above the city streets, thanks to these helpful kids?

The exciting two-hour adventure unfolds in the company of a friendly, professional guide. Children are treated to cake and refreshments and take home a souvenir that they make themselves. The cost is $120 for groups of up to 10, $135 for 11 to 15 participants, and $150 for 16 to 20 participants.

Parents interested in this activity or other activities described at www.observatoirecapitale.org/fr/louez_lobservatoire/fetes_denfants.html can make a reservation with Marie-Claude Grenon, Reception Coordinator, at 418-643-3117 or by email at marie-claude.grenon@observatoirecapitale.org .
